When shipping products internationally from the United States, it's vital to understand that international customers will be subject to customs duties and taxes upon receiving their orders. These charges are not determined by NATFUL and cannot be prepaid by us or by you, the merchant. Instead, the end customers are responsible for covering these costs themselves.
When setting up or editing your retail prices, please keep in mind that customs agencies often calculate duties/fees based on the declared retail price.
Each country a product is imported to has its own tax and duty thresholds.
3. Possible Delivery Delays
While FedEx may promise quick delivery times, it's important to be aware that delays can occur, particularly due to customs clearance processes. Customs authorities in different countries have their own procedures and timelines for inspecting and releasing incoming shipments. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond the control of both NATFUL and the carrier.

4. Product Restrictions
Not in all countries we can deliver supplements as not in all countries Natful has pass local law approval for supplement. So in most cases you won't even be able place order with your delivery address but there could be situation that we cancel your order because of restriction after you have place order. In such case you will be fully refunded and we will contact you regarding situation.
